This detached Provençal-style house is nestled in a natural, wooded setting, surrounded by olive trees and offering complete privacy. It is located 2 to 3 kilometers from the village center, at the foot of the Barres de Cuers, and is accessible via 300 meters of unpaved road from the rural asphalted road "chemin des Veys".
The house offers approximately 150 m² of living space and is suitable for up to 8 guests, including 2 children. It includes 5 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 3 on the upper floor), a 20 m² living room upstairs, a kitchen with adjoining dining area of 25 m², and a 12 m² lounge/boudoir on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, a separate shower room, and three toilets. Running water comes from a well; hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
The property features a volleyball and badminton court, a children's play area, spacious flat grounds, and an electric fence to keep animals out.

The swimming pool measures 8.30 x 3.50 m and reaches a depth of up to 2 meters on the deep end. It is equipped with a diving board, a safety alarm, and four sun loungers for peaceful relaxation.
Access to the property is via a 300-meter dirt road, suitable for all types of vehicles except very low sports cars. A large private parking area accommodates 4 to 5 cars.
