Detached holiday home in the seaside resort of Fort-Mahon-Plage, located halfway between Le Touquet and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. The neat and freshly furnished house features a small, sheltered garden and is just 2 km from the sea and wide sandy beaches. All amenities, including restaurants, cafés, a bakery, and a small supermarket, are within 1.5 km. On Tuesday and Friday mornings, there is a lively market.

Fort-Mahon-Plage is a vibrant, family-friendly resort with a long sandy beach, ideal for water sports such as surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, kayaking, and land sailing. Nature lovers will also enjoy the area. A walking trail through the dunes of the protected Baie d’Authie nature reserve starts close to the house, known for its rich and diverse flora and fauna. Several marked walking and cycling routes are available at the tourist office.

On the edge of the village lies the beautiful 18-hole golf course Golf de Belle Dune. The surrounding area also offers plenty of excursions. The medieval town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, with its narrow streets, authentic façades, and picturesque promenade along the bay, is well worth a visit. To the north lies the elegant seaside resort of Le Touquet, with chic villas and a wide beachfront boulevard. A visit to the fortified town of Montreuil-sur-Mer in the hinterland is also interesting; here you can walk along centuries-old brick walls and admire an impressive citadel.
