Charming Holiday Home with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms near Fort-Mahon-Plage

Quietly located in the seaside resort of Fort-Mahon-Plage on the Opal Coast, this former small farm has been transformed into a charming holiday home, consisting of two separate sections. The original living area includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and toilet, with access to a small courtyard and terrace. On the opposite side of the courtyard is the second bedroom with private facilities, a second terrace, and a fenced garden, which is also directly accessible from the courtyard.

The house enjoys a peaceful rural setting at the edge of the village, yet is close to all amenities (1.5 km) and the wide sandy beaches (2 km). Fort-Mahon-Plage is a lively family-friendly resort with a long sandy beach, ideal for water sports such as surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, kayaking, and land sailing.

Nature lovers can start a walk from the holiday home through the dunes of the protected Baie d’Authie nature reserve. Several marked walking and cycling routes are available at the tourist office. On the edge of the village lies the beautiful 18-hole Golf de Belle Dune.

The surrounding area offers plenty to explore: the medieval town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme with narrow streets and a picturesque promenade, the elegant seaside resort of Le Touquet with chic villas and a wide boulevard, and the fortified town of Montreuil-sur-Mer with centuries-old walls and an impressive citadel.

Comfortabele gezellige woning, rustig gelegen ,naast een prachtig natuurgebied. Met de auto 10 minuten van het strand.

Wij kunnen dit gezellig ingerichte huis zeer aanbevelen, omdat het prachtig rustig gelegen is aan de rand van het leuke dorp. Je loopt zo het duinlandschap of het natuurgebied met bijzondere vogels in.(Het strand is wel wat verder.) De eigenaar heeft gezorgd dat alles keurig voor elkaar is en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat de hond mee mocht! In de omgeving kun je allerlei leuke uitstapjes maken.
