It accommodates 6 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. The house is set in a rural location on a property where the owner also lives. You have access to a private small garden with quality garden furniture.

The interior of the house has been carefully designed with great attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms provide extra comfort and privacy.

The location is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Normandy with its impressive cliff coastline. High chalk cliffs alternate with vast pebble beaches, while the green, rolling countryside inland invites you to enjoy walking and cycling along numerous scenic trails.

Nearby you will find well-known coastal towns such as Fécamp, Étretat and Dieppe, as well as charming villages like Cany-Barville, which hosts a large and lively market on Monday mornings, and Valmont with its 12th-century abbey. A day trip to the historic city of Rouen is highly recommended, as well as a visit to the picturesque town of Honfleur, accessible via the impressive Pont de Normandie.

For daily groceries, Sassetot (4 km) is nearby, while a supermarket can be found in Cany-Barville (7 km).

Luxe, schone en nieuwe woning. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi rustig gelegen met uitzicht over de graanvelden en paardenwei. Aardige eh behulpzame eigenaren. Strand op 3 km afstand.

Het huis was zeer schoon en voorzien van alles wat je je maar zou kunnen wensen. Volledig ingericht een tuin met goed meubilair en een hele leuke omgeving dicht bij het strand op 10 minuten rijden.
