Charming holiday home with large enclosed garden near the sea and the cliffs of Étretat

Peacefully located holiday home with a large enclosed garden of 2000 m², just 4 km from the coast near the famous town of Étretat. The recently modernised and carefully decorated house features a cosy veranda with comfortable seating and dining area – the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors.

The semi-detached house is connected on one side but offers complete privacy with no direct view of the neighbours. Children can play freely in the spacious garden, and on the landing there is a fun play area with various games.

The house is quietly situated just outside the village of Bordeaux-Saint-Clair and 2 km from Les Loges, where you’ll find a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy. For all other amenities, lively terraces and restaurants, head to the charming seaside town of Étretat, world-famous for its impressive white chalk cliffs. A stunning coastal path offers breathtaking views of the sea and rock formations.

The lively harbour and fishing town of Fécamp is also easy to reach. Stroll along the promenade, relax on the beach and visit the fascinating Musée Bénédictine, where the famous liqueur is still distilled. For a day trip, the historic city of Rouen and the picturesque town of Honfleur are both highly recommended.

Golf enthusiasts will find a beautiful golf course just 4 km away.

An ideal holiday destination for those who love the sea, nature, tranquillity and the charm of the Normandy coast.

Alles prima! Geschmackvolle, qualitativ gut Einrichtung, sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, riesiger Garten, verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegen, Bar Tabac mit Lebensmittelgrundversorgung fussläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Einfahrt. Gerne wieder!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in deze vakantiewoning,uitgebreide inventaris in keuken, woonkamer. Zeer proper onderhouden. ideale ligging voor verkenning etretat en omgeving. Kleine suggestie voor verbetering is het voorzien van kussens op de ligbedden in de tuin. Vriendelijke ontvangst met attentie door eigenaar, vlotte afhandeling van waarborg bij vertrek.
