Spacious and charming holiday home in Normandy for 10 guests with a large garden, close to the coast

This spacious detached holiday home for 10 guests is peacefully located on the edge of the village of Bénesville, halfway between the coastal towns of Fécamp and Dieppe and 18 km from Saint-Valery-en-Caux. The former presbytery has been carefully restored using natural materials, preserving its serene atmosphere. The result is a bright and comfortable 220 m² holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ideal for larger families or groups.

Surrounding the house is a large fully enclosed country garden where children have plenty of space to play. There is also a table tennis table and a swing for extra entertainment. In nearby Doudeville (6 km), you will find all daily amenities, and on Saturday mornings there is a lively market. The town is known as the “capital of flax”, with an interesting museum dedicated to the history of linen and flax.

The impressive Normandy coastline with its varied cliffs, pebble beaches and chalk rocks is within easy reach. Charming seaside towns such as Veules-les-Roses (16 km), Dieppe, Fécamp and Saint-Valery-en-Caux are all close by. A day trip to the historic city of Rouen, the region’s capital, is also highly recommended.

De lokatie is heel erg fijn, aan het einde van een doodlopende weg in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Het huis zelf is van de buitenkant fantastisch en de sfeer binnen is goed. Alle ramen hebben een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving en in de omgeving zelf zijn veel leuke stadjes te bezichtigen en mooie wandelingen te maken. De keuken heeft allerlei apparatuur dus het is fijn koken.
