Beautifully situated, fully detached holiday house with terrace and large, beautifully landscaped garden. The modernly furnished house, of which all rooms are on the ground floor, stands on its own wooded area of 2 ha. The well-kept garden with many rhododendrons and hydrangeas covers 6000 m2. The whole offers complete privacy. The beach, the chalk cliffs and the sea are only a few minutes' walk away (600 m) and you can take wonderful walks in the immediate vicinity, not forgetting to visit some of the much visited beautiful gardens, such as the Jardins the Vasterival, the Parc du Bois des Moutiers or the Jardin Shamrock. Due to its central location only a few kilometers from the charming harbour town of Dieppe, you can easily explore the entire department from Varengeville. In addition to picturesque harbour towns such as Fécamp, St.Valery-en-Caux and Le Tréport and the famous excellent chalk rock of Etretat ('L'Aiguille'), a visit to Rouen, the department's historic capital, is also worthwhile. The beautiful 18-hole golf course of Pourville, one of the oldest in France, is 5 km from your holiday house. In Dieppe there is a swimming pool along the promenade near the beach and furthermore there are opportunities for horse riding in the area. At a distance of 400 m there is a tennis court at hotel 'La Terrasse', which you can use for a fee. In the village you will find most basic facilities (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants), in Dieppe (10 km) are all further facilities.
