This charming, detached holiday home in traditional Norman half-timbered style is set in a very quiet location just outside the village of Clasville, 2 km from lively Cany-Barville and only 6 km from the coast. The well-furnished house is situated on the owner's property and features a spacious conservatory, a terrace, and a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the green surroundings.
Cany-Barville offers all essential amenities, including a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and several restaurants and cafés. On Monday mornings, there's a lively market with local products. The sea, with a mix of sandy and pebbled beaches, is just 6 km away, the nearest beach is in the charming seaside village of Veulettes-sur-Mer. The stunning cliff coast here is formed by impressive chalk cliffs that tower high above the sea.
The green, rolling countryside surrounding the holiday home is perfect for walking and cycling, with numerous trails to explore. From Clasville, you can easily visit many attractive coastal towns such as Fécamp, Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, Dieppe, Veules-les-Roses, and the famous Étretat. A visit to the historic city of Rouen with its beautiful old town is also well worth it. For a longer day trip, consider the picturesque town of Honfleur, reachable via the spectacular Pont de Normandie over the Seine.
