This very spacious and quietly located villa in Quiberville-sur-Mer is just 100 meters from the beach and offers beautiful views of the village and the sea from the house, garden, and balcony. The villa is ideal for large groups or families who enjoy comfort and versatile relaxation.
On the ground floor you will find a conservatory adjacent to the garden with a comfortable seating and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a separate TV room with a DVD player, and a large games room with a ping-pong table.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom. The second floor has four additional bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds, and a sleeping area with four single beds and a simple adjoining bathroom with shower and washbasin. Along the coast are charming villages such as Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, Veules-les-Roses, Fécamp, and Étretat, known for its impressive cliffs. The rolling hinterland is perfect for walking and cycling.
For sports activities, there are tennis courts just 200 meters from the house and a golf course in Dieppe (15 km). This villa offers an ideal combination of beach, relaxation, nature, and culture for an unforgettable holiday on the Normandy coast.
