This spacious detached chalet with five bedrooms and a large enclosed garden (2500 m²) is the perfect place for families or groups of friends of up to 10 people. It is located in Saint-Paul-en-Chablais, a charming village just 5 km from the chic spa town of Évian-les-Bains. From the garden and the rear balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Geneva and the Swiss city of Lausanne.
The chalet is set on a small, quiet road used only by local residents – ideal for those seeking peace and privacy. Yet, all essential amenities are within walking distance (approx. 500 m), and for larger shopping needs you can head to lively Bernex (5 km).
Water lovers are spoilt for choice: the Lac de Beunaz (2 km) is perfect for swimming or picnics with children, while Lake Geneva offers sailing, paddleboarding, or boat trips. The surrounding area is also a paradise for hikers and mountain bikers, with countless marked trails through forests, hills, and mountain meadows.
The region also offers plenty of excursions. Discover the charming Swiss towns of Montreux (40 km), Geneva (48 km) or Lausanne, which can also be reached by boat from Évian. For a day in the mountains, Morzine (35 km) and Avoriaz are highly recommended. Golf enthusiasts will find a beautiful course in Évian, overlooking the lake.
