This charming wooden chalet is peacefully located in the small hamlet of Le Crêt. From the terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding mountains, with the nearby Mont Lachat (2020 m) as the highlight.

Le Crêt is situated about 7 km from the characterful and lively town of Thônes, which is delightful both in summer and winter. You'll find all necessary amenities there, along with cozy cafés and good restaurants.

The well-known ski resorts of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, located in the La Chaîne des Aravis mountain range, are just 15 to 20 km away. La Croix Fry is particularly well-suited for families with children. In summer, the area becomes a paradise for hikers, especially those looking for more challenging routes. The surrounding region also offers excellent opportunities for climbing (escalade).

Beautiful day trips by car include Mont Blanc, Geneva, and of course the stunning Lake Annecy. The city of Annecy itself, just 21 km away, is well worth a visit with its impressive castle and picturesque old town. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the course in Talloires (13 km), beautifully located on the lake.
