Detached Holiday Home with Large Garden, Terrace & Beach Within Walking Distance

Located in the peaceful village of Le Tour-du-Parc on the sunny south coast of Brittany, this fully detached holiday home sleeps 8 guests and offers 4 bedrooms. The house is set in a quiet residential area, just 500 metres from the village centre and 900 metres from the sea and the beach.

The property is comfortably furnished and features a lovely enclosed garden, a pleasant terrace, and plenty of fun for children with swings and a playhouse. The owner can also provide a few bicycles upon request.

Le Tour-du-Parc lies on the Presqu’île de Rhuys, a beautiful peninsula nestled between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean. The village offers all essential amenities, such as a supermarket, bakery, bar and restaurant, and is well known for its oyster farming.

For walkers and cyclists, this area is a true paradise: the entire coastline is lined with scenic walking paths, and several marked cycling routes run through the region.

This is also a perfect base for outings. Take the nearby ferry to Damgan, a short five-minute crossing that saves you a 20 km trip by car. Discover the elegant seaside resort of Arzon with its large marina, or visit Port-Navalo at the tip of the peninsula, where boats depart for islands like Île aux Moines, Houat, Hoedic and Belle-Île.

The historic city of Vannes, with its charming old town and lively Saturday market, is definitely worth a visit.

wij zijn ontvangen door 2 vriendelijke .behulpzame mensen, er was veel documentatie in de woning , ontvangen met pannekoeken en cider , enkele restaurants in de buurt , aan de kwekerijen kon je lekker oesters eten, wij zij een week geweest maar om gans de baai te zien is dit te weinig . Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad met mooi weer en een prachtige streek , wij komen zeker terug peter, inge en fleur (onze hond)

Fijn huis met een uitstekende (keuken) inventaris. Gelegen in een woonwijkje, waarbij je geen last hebt van de andere huizen. Strand dichtbij, maar bij eb kan je niet zwemmen.

Het huis ligt aan de rand van een gemeente, met veel natuur rondom. Het is er stil en rustig, weinig verkeer en veel ruimte. Rondom het huis zie je de naburige huizen, aan alle kanten en dat stoort helemaal niet. Er is weinig inkijk.
