Detached holiday house in Portbail-Plage just 300 m from the sea and sandy beach. The house is nicely furnished and has a nice terrace and a small, fenced garden with an outdoor shower. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with detached houses not far from the sea and you can reach the beautiful, wide sandy beach in a few minutes' walk that stretches for miles to Barneville-Plage. The pleasant village of Portbail is connected to Portbail-Plage via a bridge at 2 km. You can go there for all your groceries, there are also a few restaurants and terraces and on Tuesday morning there is a lively market. The location of Portbail, halfway between Cherbourg and Coutances, is good for making trips. From the animated coastal town of Barneville-Carteret there is a regular boat connection with Jersey during the season and a day trip to the English island is definitely recommended. It is also nice to take a look at the impressive tip of the Manche, the Cap de la Hague. The landing beaches (Utah Beach) are also easily accessible from Portbail. Both the lively port city of Cherbourg and the regional town of Coutances are certainly worth a visit (both around 40 km). There are tennis courts in Portbail and a golf course is 6 km away at Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière.

Was een fijn huis, alleen bedden wel wat smal. Eigenaar erg vriendelijk. Zee erg dichtbij, onze hond kon heerlijk op het strand rennen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

gunstige ligging tov strand en duinen. invasiestranden goed bereikbaar.eigenaar prima kerel. bedden smal.

Alles was naar wens ,de eigenaar is heel vriendelijk maar er zijn toch nog wat meer gerief in de keuken zoals een mixer is toch altijd geriefelijk ,daar ik graag kook dus niet op restaurant ga ,maar dat zijn maar details als de eigenaar dat weet verder goede vakantie gehad ,het was er kalm op de grote stranden en de velden waar onze border coli zich kan uitleven . Kortom zeer goede vakantie gehad. vriendelijke groeten Norette vyvey

Ik heb dit reeds meegedeeld aan u wat er wat meer aanwezig mag zijn in de keuken ,is reeds in orde gebracht Door de eigenaar die trouwens heel vriendelijk is . Met als gevolg we weer teruggaan in de maand oktober ik denk dat we terug het huisje gevonden hebben hopen we nog een tijdje kunnen gaan naar portbail, vriendelijke groeten Norette Vyvey Oudenburgsesteenweg 21 Oostende
