The house has a fenced garden and is less than 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. It is located on a quiet lane and features two spacious covered terraces. From the terrace on the upper floor, you can enjoy a view of the sea and, on clear days, even the English island of Jersey. During the season, ferries regularly depart from Carteret harbor to Jersey, perfect for a fun day trip.
In the summer months, Denneville offers some basic amenities, such as a grocer, bakery, and butcher. For more extensive shopping, the charming town of Portbail (6 km) is a good option, where you will also find various restaurants and cafés. The weekly market on Tuesday is especially lively and enjoyable.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, such as kitesurfing, sand yachting, and kayaking. Walking and cycling enthusiasts will also find plenty to do, with numerous marked routes along the coast and through the countryside.
