Holiday home 300 metres from the beach in Normandy near Denneville-Plage

Detached holiday home with a fenced garden, located just 300 metres from the sandy beach, in a quiet setting in the village of Denneville-Plage. Denneville-Plage is situated between the coastal towns of Lessay and Barneville-Carteret, on the beautiful coast of the Manche department.

Built in 2008, the house is comfortable and fully equipped. It is suitable for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the immediate surroundings you will find excellent cycling and hiking opportunities, ideal for exploring both the coastline and the countryside. There are also plenty of enjoyable excursions in the area.

From the seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, regular ferry connections to the island of Jersey operate in the high season, making a day trip to England easily possible. The town of Coutances, with its impressive cathedral, is also well worth a visit. The historic D-Day landing beaches (Utah Beach) are also easily accessible from the property.

In the village, basic amenities are available during the high season. For a supermarket and other shops, you can go to Portbail (6 km). At 12 km distance, in St. Jean-de-la-Rivière, there is also a golf course.
