This quietly located, detached holiday home features a large enclosed garden where children and pets can play safely and where you can relax in peace. With a living area of approximately 210 m², the house is spacious and fully equipped, ensuring a carefree stay.

The property is about 3 km from the village of Bréhal, where you will find all daily amenities, and only 2 km from the beach at Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for beautiful walks and cycling tours through varied landscapes.

You can also enjoy day trips to places such as Coutances and Granville. From the port of Granville, boats depart to the Iles Chausey, and even a day trip to the well-known island of Jersey is possible. A visit to the famous Mont-Saint-Michel (approx. 52 km) is also highly recommended.

Het huis was zeer zeker volgens verwachting. De ontvangst was heel warm en vriendelijk

Prima groot vakantiehuis met rondom een reusachtige tuin en op loopafstand van een mooi zandstrand. Er kunnen veel mensen slapen en zitten (wij waren met slechts 5 volwassenen), maar qua sanitair en vooral kleine keuken lijkt het ons dan behelpen. De uitrusting qua servies en bestek is echter prima en er is ook voldoende tuinmeubilair, dat zien we wel eens anders. De bedden hebben een bekend Frans fenomeen: ze zijn kort. Niettemin een fijne week zomervakantie gehad op deze plek.
