Detached stone holiday home with private pool, peacefully located in nature near Paulhiac (Lot-et-Garonne), on the border with the Dordogne.
This comfortable holiday home is set on a large private plot amidst rolling hills with orchards, farmland, and sunflower fields, typical of this region. It is located near the hamlet of Paulhiac, 8 km north of the charming bastide town of Monflanquin, where you’ll find all essential amenities. The setting is wonderfully quiet, with beautiful views in every direction.
The house is a tastefully restored former farmhouse, featuring a unique interior that combines natural stone walls with wooden elements. Outdoor living is a real pleasure here: there is plenty of space and a lovely covered terrace with a plancha—perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the view.

Also worth a visit is the lively town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, with its historic bridge and riverside houses. A bit further away, but still within easy reach, lies Bergerac on the Dordogne River, a charming town where you can see the statue of Cyrano and visit the tobacco museum.
