Very spacious, detached holiday home with private pool and a fenced, park-like garden of 1 ha, located in the picturesque village of Bretenoux in the Lot. The large manor house (approx. 500 m²) features 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, making it ideal for multiple families or a large group of up to 25 people. The village center with all amenities is within walking distance, so no car is needed for a café, a fresh baguette, or the supermarket.
The Cère River is just 100 m away, while the Dordogne River with canoeing and kayaking opportunities is 3 km away. The interior has been carefully modernized while preserving the original charm of the house.
By the pool with sunny terrace, there is a poolhouse with cooking facilities and fridge. Children can play safely in the large fenced garden, while everyone can enjoy the games room with table tennis, table football, and billiards.
The location is perfect for exploring the Lot as well as the Corrèze and Dordogne departments. Nearby are picturesque villages such as Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne, Carennac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Martel, and Saint-Céré, and towns like Sarlat, Cahors, and Brive are also easily accessible. A visit to the famous pilgrimage site Rocamadour can be combined with a descent into the underground Gouffre de Padirac. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a 9-hole course near Saint-Céré (8 km).
