Fully detached holiday home with spacious garden and private swimming pool, located near the charming village of Biars-sur-Cère in the Lot, just a few kilometers from the Dordogne River. From the first-floor terrace, you have a beautiful view over the surrounding hills.
The very spacious house (approx. 290 m²) is modern and tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is perfect for a larger group of up to 16 people. The fenced garden provides a safe and enjoyable play area for children, while the large swimming pool invites hours of swimming and relaxation.
The well-equipped poolhouse is a real bonus: featuring a TV, dining area, additional kitchen (fridge, cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, sink) and bathroom (shower, toilet).
For shopping, the center of Biars-sur-Cère is only 1 km away, where you will also find a large supermarket and other amenities. Thanks to its central location, it is easy to explore the Lot, as well as the Corrèze and Dordogne departments.
Nearby are charming villages such as Bretenoux and Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne with lovely terraces and restaurants, as well as picturesque villages like Carennac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Martel, and Saint-Céré. Notable towns such as Sarlat and Brive are also easily reachable. A visit to the famous pilgrimage site Rocamadour can be perfectly combined with a descent into the underground Gouffre de Padirac.
For active holidays, a canoe trip along the Dordogne is highly recommended; canoe rentals are available 5 km from the house. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a 9-hole golf course in Saint-Céré (10 km).
