This beautifully located detached holiday home with private pool is situated in the quaint hamlet of Saint-Clair, only 7 km from the lively town of Gourdon, right on the border between the Lot and Dordogne. In Gourdon you’ll find plenty of inviting terraces and restaurants, as well as all amenities.

Set in peaceful green surroundings, the house offers stunning views of the surrounding hills from both the garden and the pool. Inside, you’ll enjoy a stylish and modern interior, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Around the house there’s plenty of space, with terraces on both sides, so you can enjoy the sun or shade at any time of day.

Thanks to its central location, many highlights are within easy reach. Explore historic Gourdon, the medieval town of Sarlat (30 km), the wine city of Cahors (40 km), or the famous pilgrimage site Rocamadour (30 km). A trip through the enchanting Dordogne Valley, with its picturesque villages such as Beynac, La Roque-Gageac and Domme, and its many impressive castles, is highly recommended. For water lovers, the Dordogne River offers countless opportunities to rent canoes and kayaks.

heerlijk huis voorzien van een ruime keuken. Super prive en het zwembad was geweldig. We hebben vnl. buiten geleefd.

Wer Natur und Ruhe sucht, wird es hier lieben! Das gut ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus mit Pool und Grill bietet Erholung pur in schöner Landschaft - ganz ohne Nachbarn. Für unternehmungslustige Tage bieten sich die zahlreichen Besichtigungsziele der Region wie das Dordogne-Tal, Burgen, Schl�sser, préhistorische Höhlen und mittelalterliche Dörfer an, die gut zu erreichen sind. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Herzlichen Dank an die netten Eigentümer!

Das Haus ist sehr schön, gemütlich. Wir hatten selten so ein sauberes Ferinehaus. Man hat alles war man braucht. Der Pool ist nicht gross, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Der Empfang war supernett und auch sonst hat alles gestimmt. Man muss sich darüber im klaren sein, dass man nichts drum ist, ausser Natur, aber wir haben uns super erholt und für alles andere ist man mit dem Auto da. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.
