Charming renovated farmhouse with private pool and panoramic views in the heart of the Lot
This beautifully restored, characterful former farmhouse accommodates up to 8 guests and features four comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The holiday home is set on a large private estate in a peaceful rural setting, just south of the medieval village of Lherm and only 12 km from the lively market town of Catus.
You can enjoy a private swimming pool, a covered terrace and WiFi, while taking in stunning open views over the surrounding countryside and rolling hills — an ideal place to completely unwind. The owner’s house is also located on the property and is occasionally occupied, but the swimming pool is entirely for your private use. From both the terrace and the pool area, you will experience space, tranquillity and privacy.
The area is perfect for walking and cycling in nature. Charming recreational lakes can be found in Cazals and Catus, and the River Lot, just 7 km away, offers excellent canoeing opportunities. There are also many picturesque villages to explore, such as Puy-l’Évêque, Luzech and Villefranche-du-Périgord. The Zadkine Museum in nearby Les Arques and the impressive Château de Bonaguil are also well worth a visit.
For daily shopping, you can visit Prayssac (10 km) and Catus (12 km), where all amenities are available. A wonderful holiday destination for lovers of peace, nature and authentic French charm.
