This charming, fully detached holiday home with a spacious terrace, large grounds and a (covered) private pool is located just 6 km from the lively market town of Gourdon. You'll find the house on the edge of the hamlet L’Abbaye-Nouvelle near Léobard, set in beautiful green surroundings.
Inside, the house offers a spacious and cosy living room with direct access to the sunny terrace. On the first floor are four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own shower and washbasin – perfect for families or couples travelling together who value privacy.
The holiday home enjoys an idyllic setting among forests, fields and streams, right on the border of the Lot and Dordogne departments. Within walking distance, you’ll find an impressive old abbey – a lovely starting point for walks in nature.
In Gourdon, you’ll find everything you need for a great holiday: cosy terraces, good restaurants, charming shops and a recreational lake for swimming or picnicking.
From Léobard, you can easily reach the highlights of the Dordogne, such as the medieval town of Sarlat, the hilltop village of Domme with its breathtaking views, and the riverside gems Beynac and La Roque-Gageac.
For active holidaymakers, there's plenty to do: take a canoe trip on the Dordogne, visit one of the many castles in the area, or go cycling, horse riding or play tennis in and around Gourdon.
