Spacious holiday home for 21 people with private pool near the Dordogne

Detached holiday home with terrace, large garden and private swimming pool, peacefully located about 3 km from the villages of Bétaille and Puybrun and only 2 km from the Dordogne River near Carennac. The spacious and characterful house (living area approx. 360 m²) is cosy and comfortably furnished and perfectly suited for a larger group of up to 21 people.

On the ground floor there is a pleasant living room with an open kitchen. Upstairs you will find a second cosy sitting room with a bar, ideal for relaxing together. The house has 9 sleeping areas and 4 bathrooms, offering plenty of space and comfort for a large group.

Children have also been considered: the garden features play equipment and a sandbox. Young and old alike will enjoy the table football, billiards and ping-pong table located in a separate games room.

The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outings and activities. There are excellent cycling routes nearby and a small recreational lake just 3 km away. In the picturesque village of Carennac you can go canoeing and fishing on the Dordogne River. Near Saint-Céré (12 km) there is also a beautiful 9-hole golf course.

Many of the main attractions of the Lot are within easy reach of the house, such as the Château de Castelnau, the caves of Lacave, the charming villages of Carennac, Autoire and Beaulieu, and of course the famous Gouffre de Padirac. Basic amenities can be found in Puybrun, while a wider range of shops and services is available in Vayrac (5.5 km) and Bretenoux (7 km).

Mooi vakantiehuis met zwembad waar we elke dag van genoten hebben. Alles wat je nodig hebt om met een grotere groep te kunnen genieten was aanwezig ; een ruim huis, goede bedden, heerlijk zwembad, mooie omgeving, en elke dag de zon

Leuke vakantiewoning met super leuk zwembad, speeltuin en aparte ruimte met tafeltennistafel, voetbaltafel en pooltafel. De keuken is voor 21 personen aan de kleine kant. Aardige Franse gastvrouw. We hebben met ons hele gezin enorm genoten in deze vakantiewoning.

Vakantiehuis was in orde, veel slaapkamers en badkamers. Keuken beneden was aan de kleine kant. leuk was de speelruimte buiten met de ping pong, pooltafel en kickertafel. Het huis zelf was zeker ruim genoeg en proper.

We hebben genoten van de vakantie in dit fijne, ruime huis. De keuken is wat klein om te koken voor 20 personen, maar alles werkt wel goed en er is voldoende keukengerei aanwezig.
