Holiday house in Venosc, in Alpen

At about 12 km from Le Bourg-d'Oisans, on the edge of the mountain village of Venosc, lies this modernly furnished, detached holiday house with a 500 m2 garden. The beautiful mountain region is a pleasant holiday destination in all seasons. Le Bourg-d'Oisans is a paradise for cycling enthusiasts, from the lively town you can make fantastic cycling trips. The best known are the more than 13 km long climb of the Alpe-d'Huez and the bike ride via the D526 to the Col du Glandon and the Col de la Croix de Fer. The ascent of the Col d'Ornon in a southerly direction is also worthwhile. Hikers can also enjoy themselves here, from the holiday house there are a number of marked trails. Finally, winter sports enthusiasts can reach the immense ski resort of Les Deux Alpes with the cable car from Venosc in 8 minutes. In the characteristic mountain village with narrow streets and beautiful views you will find a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and in the season you can go there for some basic groceries. The quietly located holiday house was completely restored in 2012 and the light wooden interior makes a clear and fresh impression. From the garden and the house you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. On the ground floor the owner has created a pleasant relaxation area with a sauna for three people, a billiard table and a bar. On the first floor there is a cozy dining room with a well-equipped open kitchen and on the second floor is a living room with a few seats. Four bedrooms have their own bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor has a separate bathroom. The house also has a room where you can store bicycles and skis. NB. You walk the last few metres to your holiday house on foot. You can park the car at a distance of 60 m.
