Detached Holiday Home with Shared Pool in the Loire Region

This charming detached holiday home is located just outside the village of Draché, in the sunny south of the Loire region. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the house is part of a spacious estate that also includes the owner’s home. You have access to a private terrace and can freely use the large, green garden with the shared swimming pool. Although the owner also uses the garden and pool, you will usually enjoy complete peace and privacy.

The house accommodates four people and has two sleeping areas: a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. The bright living room is cozy and inviting, while the modern bathroom and fully equipped open kitchen provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The holiday home is only 5 km from Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, where you will find shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The area is famous for its beautiful castles, such as those in Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, and Chinon, and is perfect for cycling on the relatively flat roads. You can also enjoy the excellent wines and cheeses for which the region is so well known. Whether you want to relax by the pool, explore charming villages, or visit the cultural highlights of the Loire, this holiday home is an ideal base.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Keurig huisje zoals volgens de omschrijving waarbij niets kapot is en alles zeer goed schoongemaakt is. Mooie tuin met een goed zwembad. Wel zijn er af en toe wandelaars die een ander huisje op het terrein huren en ook gebruik maken van het zwembad. Nabijheid bij de A10 zorgt voor snelle verbinding met de belangrijkste toeristische attracties. Winkels en bakker nabij.

prima huisje, goed verzorgd. Leuke eigenaren. mooi omgeving waar veel te zien is.
