Enjoy peace, nature, and the charm of southern France in this stylishly furnished holiday home, suitable for 6 people, with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is located on an active vineyard estate, just over 4 km from the village of Murviel-lès-Béziers and 17 km north of Béziers, and features a beautiful terrace with wide-ranging views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
The spacious swimming pool, just a few dozen meters away and surrounded by olive trees, is shared with guests of a second holiday home on the estate (F34.056). Both houses are carefully separated by vegetation, ensuring full privacy on the terrace without direct sightlines.
The vineyard estate is full of activity and offers an authentic experience: you can taste and buy wine on site, as well as visit the many local wine cellars. Thanks to the rural setting, you can walk or cycle directly from the house through the beautiful landscape. For a refreshing swim, head to Réals (6 km) on the Orb River, where there is a natural swimming spot with a small beach.
The central location makes this house an ideal base for exploring the region. The charming town of Pézenas (31 km) is famous for its stately Renaissance houses, cozy terraces, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. On Saturday mornings, the local market creates a lively atmosphere. The larger towns of Béziers, Narbonne, and Montpellier, as well as the vibrant port town of Sète, are also worth visiting.
A day at the wide sandy beaches of the Mediterranean is easily arranged; Valras-Plage is just 33 km away. To the north, you can explore the impressive Lac du Salagou, perfect for watersports, and the spectacular rock formations of the Cirque de Mourèze, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers.
