Detached Holiday Home with Private Pool and Sauna in Sérignan

This stylish and contemporary detached holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Sérignan, just 1 km from the lively village centre with shops, restaurants, and cozy cafés. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, a charming local market takes place.

The house features a private pool with spacious sun terraces and a water pump to ensure a pleasant water temperature. A large sauna adds an extra touch of relaxation. The beautiful sandy beach of Valras-Plage is only 4 km away, while Sérignan-Plage (7 km) offers a quieter alternative. Both beaches are ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the boulevard, with plenty of cafés and restaurants in the summer months.

Nearby attractions include Béziers, Narbonne, the port city of Sète, and the picturesque town of Pézenas. A bit further, but easily accessible via the motorway, lies Carcassonne (90 km) with its impressive medieval fortress, 52 towers, and massive city walls, a must-see. The hinterland with the Montagne Noire and charming villages like Aniane and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert is also highly recommended.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole course at Le Golf de Saint-Thomas in Montblanc.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet mit vielen Einfamilienhäusern, sehr ruhig gelegen und völlig uneinsehbar. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist fantastisch, man findet alles, was man braucht auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Der Kühlschrank ist der Oberhammer- mit Eisbereiter und Mineralwasserautomat. Die Kommunikation funktioniert am besten, wenn man französisch spricht, mit ein wenig Englisch geht es auch. Ansonsten haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer und die beiden Verwalter(innen).
