Detached Holiday Villa with Private Pool in Sérignan
This spacious and comfortable villa, spread over two floors, offers all the comfort you need for a perfect holiday.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom – ideal for a couple looking for a bit of extra privacy.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large living room with a second well-equipped kitchen. The beautiful covered terrace overlooking the pool is a wonderful place to enjoy your meals or simply relax in the shade.
The villa is located just a 10-minute walk from the village centre. All amenities can be found within a 1 km radius (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc.).
The stunning sandy beach of the seaside resort Valras-Plage is only 5 km away. You’ll find numerous terraces and restaurants there, and the atmosphere is lively, especially during the summer months.
Sérignan-Plage, 6.5 km away, also boasts a beautiful sandy beach.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area of Sérignan, opposite a sports complex with playing fields and tennis courts.
There are many interesting towns to visit in the area, such as Béziers, Narbonne, the port city of Sète, and the charming town of Pézenas.
A little further away, but easily accessible via the motorway, lies Carcassonne (90 km) – a visit to the medieval fortified city with its 52 towers and impressive ramparts is definitely worth it.
The hinterland, with the Montagne Noire and picturesque villages such as Aniane and Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, is also well worth exploring.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the 18-hole Golf de Saint-Thomas course in Montblanc.
