Unique villa with pool, close to lake and ocean
This comfortable villa for 8 guests is located in a quiet residential area, facing the forest, with a cycle path just outside the house leading directly to the ocean beaches. The lake of Carcans-Maubuisson is only 3 km away, and the ocean is 7 km. Bicycles can be rented in Maubuisson.
The beautifully landscaped garden is surrounded by bamboo hedges, creating a peaceful, almost zen-like atmosphere. Around the pool, aquatic features add a touch of charm. A pergola with closable curtains offers a shady spot to relax or enjoy meals outdoors. A large garden table with eight chairs is available, along with an extra table and chairs in the garage.
Inside, the villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a bright living room with large sliding doors, two sofas, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen with central island and eight stools is ideal for cooking and sharing meals together.
Each bedroom has Wi-Fi and an Android TV. For additional guests, two memory foam air mattresses and a sofa bed on the ground floor are available (please bring your own sheets and blankets).
Beaches like Maubuisson, Carcans, Bombannes, and Lacanau Océan are just a short drive away. The lake is perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, sailing, or simply relaxing by the water. Nearby, you’ll find forests, walking and cycling trails, and the famous wine estates of Médoc and Pauillac.
This villa is anything but ordinary with its unique garden, tranquil location, and direct access to the best the region has to offer, it’s the perfect place to enjoy nature, comfort, and privacy.
The living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine. There is also a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a selection of basic spices.
For entertainment and comfort, there is a smart TV, a stereo system, books, and games. The house has Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning throughout, heating, and fans.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and/or a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron are also available. Bed linen is included. A baby cot and a children’s bed are available.
Before departure, we kindly ask you to remove the used bed linen, neatly store any extra beds or mattresses, and take out the rubbish.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm), along with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor, also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The property features a spacious, fenced garden of approximately 33 by 30 metres. Surrounding the heated swimming pool are nine small ponds with various species of fish, adding atmosphere and liveliness to the garden. On the 20 m² terrace, you'll find comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Under the pergola, there is a garden table with eight chairs.
Parking is easy on the private parking space on the premises.
