Charming and comfortable villa built in the traditional style of the region, with a private swimming pool, terrace, and garden. Beautifully situated in the heart of Gascony, just 8 km south of the spa town of Barbotan-les-Thermes and 40 km east of the city of Mont-de-Marsan.
This carefully furnished holiday home features a delightful covered terrace and French doors from both the living room and the bedrooms that open directly onto the lovely, well-maintained 3500 m² garden. Surrounded by vineyards, the villa is perfectly placed to enjoy tastings of the region’s famous spirit: Armagnac.
This is an ideal location for those who value peace, space, and privacy. Yet, there is plenty to explore in the area. The gently rolling landscape offers a network of hiking trails, and cyclists will enjoy the many quiet country roads winding through forests and vineyards.
In the lively spa town of Barbotan-les-Thermes you'll find inviting restaurants and terraces. Other attractive nearby towns include Aire-sur-l’Adour (34 km) and Eauze (17 km). Daily shopping can be done in the nearby village of Cazaubon (5.5 km).
