The property is situated on a spacious and sheltered plot of 800 m² and offers plenty of privacy. In the fenced garden you will find a lovely pool with sun loungers and parasols, a large sun terrace and a barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings in peace and quiet.

The house is suitable for 4 people and features two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Thanks to amenities such as air conditioning, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine, everything is available for a carefree stay.

Just a five-minute walk away is the charming village of Sommières, with a bakery, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a weekly Provençal market. On Saturdays, the lively flea market adds extra atmosphere. In the surrounding area are picturesque villages such as Anduze, Sauve and Quissac, where you can enjoy markets, exhibitions and local festivities.

The region invites both relaxation and adventure. You can hike in the nature of the Cévennes, go mountain biking through vineyards and garrigue, or paddleboard on the Vidourle. For children, there are fun outings such as the Haribo museum or a ride on the steam train between Anduze and Saint-Jean-du-Gard.

Within 30 minutes you can reach the historic cities of Nîmes and Montpellier, ideal for culture, terraces and local wines. The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are also about a half-hour drive away, while the impressive mountains of the Cévennes can be reached within 45 minutes.
