Meynes is surrounded by vineyards and is an ideal base to explore the region. Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, and Orange are easily reachable, while Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are a bit further. Avignon is famous for the Pont d’Avignon and the Palais des Papes, and in July, it hosts a world-renowned festival.

In Nîmes, Orange, and Arles, you can admire impressive Roman monuments. Nîmes has a lively town center, and Arles is famous for Vincent van Gogh, who captured the unique Provençal light in his paintings. The Pont du Gard, near the charming town of Uzès, is also worth a visit.
