A fully detached and comfortable holiday home with a private pool, located near Méjannes-le-Clap, halfway between Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Uzès. The tastefully furnished house features a beautifully landscaped garden, a spacious covered terrace, and a cozy conservatory.
The house is part of a small residence of around 20 villas in the holiday village of Méjannes-le-Clap, situated in the picturesque Cèze Valley—a popular area for nature lovers and walkers. The immediate surroundings offer over 100 km of marked hiking trails. The Cèze River is just over 5 km away, with several river beaches and multiple places to rent canoes and kayaks. There are also opportunities for climbing (escalade).
The village center is 700 meters away and has a small supermarket, a bakery, a bar, and a restaurant. For larger supermarkets and additional amenities, you can visit the lively town of Saint-Ambroix, which also offers many charming cafés and restaurants. On Tuesday mornings, there is a large Provençal market.
Thanks to its central location between the Ardèche, the Cévennes, and Provence, this holiday home is an ideal base for day trips. A tour through the impressive Gorges de l'Ardèche is a must, and the rugged Cévennes are easily accessible. Other nearby attractions include the Cocalière Cave, the Château d’Allègre, the Anduze bamboo forest, and the stunning Cascade du Sautadet. The historic town of Uzès with the nearby Pont du Gard is also highly recommended. Day trips to Orange or Avignon are also possible.
