The property is located just 7 km from the charming town of Uzès, on the edge of the vineyard-surrounded village of Saint-Médiers, and offers plenty of peace, space and privacy.
The house is tastefully furnished and has the great advantage that all rooms are on one level. From the living room and the kitchen, you have direct access to the cosy, covered and enclosed terrace, ideal for long lunches and dinners in the shade. In the beautifully landscaped flower garden, next to the pool, there is a second terrace with pergola, a wonderful place to relax.
In addition to the pool, the property features a garage, spacious grounds and a well-maintained garden. For daily shopping, the nearby village of Montaren (3 km) offers a bakery and a large supermarket.
A visit to Uzès is highly recommended. Sights such as the ducal castle, the Tour Fenestrelle and the beautifully restored Place aux Herbes with its arcades, terraces, restaurants, galleries and charming shops make every stay a pleasure. On Saturday mornings, there is a lively market. From Saint-Médiers, Avignon and Nîmes are also easily accessible, and a visit to the impressive Pont du Gard (18 km) should not be missed.
The gently rolling landscape around the house is ideal for cycling. In Uzès, you will find a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts and bicycle rental. Water lovers can enjoy canoeing, swimming and fishing in the river Gardon (approx. 18 km).
