Detached holiday home with private swimming pool and tennis court in the Ardèche, near Le Garn
This comfortable detached holiday home is located on the edge of the beautiful village of Le Garn, approximately 18 km west of Pont-Saint-Esprit. The house accommodates 12 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It also offers stunning views over the hills of the Ardèche and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
On the spacious private grounds you will find a private swimming pool and a tennis court, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and sporting activities.
The setting is particularly attractive: just 7 km away are the river and the famous Gorges de l’Ardèche, where you can enjoy excellent canoeing and impressive natural scenery. The surrounding area is also perfect for walks through the varied landscape.
Nearby you will find some of the most beautiful caves in France, such as the Aven d’Orgnac (6 km) and the Grotte de Saint-Marcel. In addition, there are several charming villages with lively weekly markets, including Barjac, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc and Goudargues.
For excursions a little further away, the rugged mountain landscapes of the Cévennes, the charming town of Uzès and the impressive Pont du Gard are highly recommended. The historic cities of Nîmes and Avignon are also easily accessible.
For daily amenities you can go to Orgnac-l’Aven (4.5 km), where you will find a bakery. For more extensive shopping, Barjac (16 km) and Pont-Saint-Esprit (18 km) are the nearest towns.
