Discover this beautifully located, detached holiday home for 8 people, featuring 4 bedrooms, a large indoor private pool, sauna and jacuzzi, the perfect destination in any season. The house is situated on the edge of the peaceful village of Kersolf, just 800 metres from the sandy beach and about 6 km southwest of Moëlan-sur-Mer.

The large enclosed garden (1100 m²) offers complete privacy and plenty of space to relax. There are two terraces, ideal for sunny breakfasts or cosy dinners in the evening. Inside, the house is modern and tastefully furnished, with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The indoor pool with adjoining sauna and jacuzzi makes this home a wonderful place to unwind.

The surroundings offer countless opportunities for walking and cycling, with well-marked routes through the rolling countryside and along the coast. At the seaside you’ll find watersport centres offering sailing, diving and canoeing. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful 18-hole course at Ploemeur-Kerham (approx. 25 km).

Be sure to visit the charming harbour town of Concarneau with its medieval walled city ‘Ville Close’, the artist village of Pont-Aven, famous for painter Gauguin, or the atmospheric towns of Quimper and Quimperlé. The small harbour village of Doëlan, with its colourful lighthouses and intimate port, is also worth a visit. From Doëlan, you can even take a boat trip to the island of Île de Groix.

For daily shopping, Kergroës (2 km) offers basic amenities, while Moëlan-sur-Mer (6 km) has supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities.
