The house is located just 400 meters from the sea and beach, in the quiet hamlet of Kersolf, near Moëlan-sur-Mer. Thanks to the covered, heated pool, this holiday home is ideal for stays in all seasons.
The indoor pool is located in a bright veranda and is heated year-round to 28°C, including a counter-current system for sporty swimming. In addition, there is a jacuzzi heated to 37°C, a steam sauna, and a modern shower cabin. The pool and wellness area is fully secure and enclosed.
The property features a beautiful enclosed garden where children can play safely and adults can relax. For outdoor enjoyment, there are terraces and garden furniture available.
The area offers numerous opportunities for walking and cycling, with well-marked routes through the varied landscape and along the coast. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the beautiful 18-hole course at Ploemeur-Kerham (25 km).
There are many great excursions in the region: the lively port town of Concarneau with its historic Ville Close, the picturesque Pont-Aven, famous for the painter Gauguin, the historic town of Quimper, and the charming port of Doëlan are just a few highlights of this diverse region.
For daily shopping, Kergroës (2 km) offers basic amenities, while Moëlan-sur-Mer (6 km) provides supermarkets, restaurants, and additional facilities.
