Enjoy a comfortable stay in this detached, bright and spacious house of 115 m², built in 2012 and set on a 640 m² plot. The house has two floors: on the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The first floor offers two additional comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower combination and a toilet. Although the house is located close to the harbor, its position against the hillside and the large enclosed garden provides beautiful views over the Goyen Valley and a peaceful setting, far from the hustle of the town.

The property includes two private parking spaces and a secure bicycle storage area. At the front of the house there is a fully enclosed garden of no less than 500 m², perfect for relaxing or for children to play safely.

The location of this holiday home makes it an ideal base for exploring Audierne and its surrounding area. The house is just 300 meters from the harbor of Audierne on the Goyen River and within walking distance of the town center with its bars, restaurants, and shops. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you can enjoy browsing the local market. The beach of Audierne (Capucins Beach) is only 1 km away, and a larger beach is located 2 km from the house.

There are plenty of opportunities for rentals or guided activities such as cycling, canoeing, sailing, surfing, and boat trips. Several signposted cycling and hiking routes of 8 to 12 km run along the coast and through the countryside. Supermarkets (Leclerc and Lidl) are located 2 km outside the town. The Super U in Pont-Croix and Carrefour in Plouhinec are both 4 km away.

Audierne is also an excellent starting point for day trips. Highly recommended are the Cap Sizun peninsula, offering beautiful coastal walks with views over the Bay of Douarnenez and the Pointe du Raz. Within a radius of 30 to 40 km you will find several charming tourist towns, such as Douarnenez (20 km) with its lively harbor, or the picturesque village of Locronan (30 km). A bit further away is Quimper (40 km), a city of art and history with its cathedral, vibrant city center, and the Bigouden harbors (40 km).
