Fully detached holiday home with private pool, quietly located near Trégunc, just 500 metres from the sea and 10 km southeast of Concarneau, on the south coast of Brittany. The house sits on a spacious, enclosed plot bordering farmland. Both the house and garden offer sea views. The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The sandy beach of Kerouiny is within walking distance. The GR34 coastal hiking trail also starts here. A major plus is the well-maintained pool with automatic cover, making it pleasant to use even in spring and autumn.
In Trévignon (4 km), you'll find several restaurants and cafés by the harbour with sea views. Trégunc (6 km) offers all essential amenities, including a large supermarket.
The property is an excellent base for exploring the south coast of Finistère. Visit Concarneau with its historic walled centre (Ville Close), full of restaurants and terraces. Pont-Aven, known for painter Paul Gauguin, offers galleries and charming boutiques. The city of Quimper, with its Gothic cathedral and atmospheric old town, is also well worth a visit.
