This fully detached holiday home is located in a quiet hamlet of just a few houses, only 600 meters from the sea and sandy beach of Cléder in Finistère. The spacious house features a fenced garden, offering plenty of privacy and tranquility. With 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for groups or families of up to 7 people. The interior is surprising and charmingly decorated with numerous African objects brought back by the owner from his travels.

Within a 10-minute walk, you reach the stunning coastline. A sheltered sandy beach awaits you, while impressive rocky formations can be explored a little further along the coast. The area is perfect for long walks by the sea, and cyclists will also find it an inviting landscape.

In the nearby village of Cléder, you’ll find all necessary amenities, including a supermarket and a few cozy restaurants. The varied surroundings offer plenty of exciting excursions. For example, visit Roscoff, a historic port town with a turbulent past of pirates and smugglers, now a charming seaside resort with restaurants, terraces, and shops. From the harbor, boats depart several times a day to Ile de Batz, which can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The lively Tuesday market in Saint-Pol-de-Léon is also worth a visit, as is the Océanopolis sea aquarium in Brest, 57 km away.

Moderne plezierige woning op een mooie locatie. De aanwezigheid van voldoende terreinfietsen kwam goed te pas. Goede service ter plekke: een defecte wasmachine werd binnen een dag vervangen.
