This spacious, detached holiday home (250 m²) is peacefully located just 800 metres from the sea and the beach, near the charming coastal village of Brignogan-Plages on the beautiful northern coast of Finistère. The house offers complete privacy and is surrounded by expansive farmland. The beautifully landscaped garden is a wonderful place to relax. A particularly striking feature of this property is the presence of three impressive granite rocks, located between the house and the barn. These natural formations are nearly 290 million years old and date back to the Early Permian (Palaeozoic era). They give the place a magical atmosphere, as if time has stood still here.
The house is a characteristic building from the 1960s: well maintained, full of charm, and tastefully furnished. The rooms are generously proportioned. The living room has two cosy sitting areas, and the master bedroom on the first floor also has its own sitting space. In addition, there are no fewer than three bathrooms.
For daily shopping, you don’t have to go far: in Brignogan-Plages (1 km) you’ll find a restaurant and a pharmacy. In nearby Plounéour-Trez (1.5 km), there’s a bakery, grocer and café. Larger supermarkets and other facilities can be found in Kerlouan (5 km) or Lesneven (11 km).
This is a perfect spot not only for beach lovers but also for walkers and cyclists. The coastline offers magnificent walking trails, and the quiet country roads are ideal for cycling tours.
Nice trips in the area include the historic spa and fishing town of Roscoff, from where a ferry takes you to the Île-de-Batz. Other recommended destinations are the city of Brest (home to the famous Océanopolis aquarium), the picturesque Morlaix with its impressive railway viaduct, and the lively town of Landerneau.
