Set in a peaceful location, this detached house offers a spacious terrace and a beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden of almost 3000 m². Throughout the garden, you’ll find inviting spots to relax, listen to the sound of the waves and admire the ever-changing view over the bay. The cosy living room and the terrace both offer an unobstructed panoramic sea view.

A small grocery shop for daily essentials is within walking distance (500 m), while a larger supermarket can be found in Plestin-les-Grèves (6 km). The location, right on the border between Finistère and Côtes-d’Armor, is ideal for exploring Brittany’s most stunning coastline, from Roscoff to Perros-Guirec, with the famous pink granite rocks of Ploumanach as a highlight.

Hiking enthusiasts will love the GR34 coastal trail, which winds for miles along cliffs and coves with spectacular views. The charming towns of Morlaix and Lannion, further inland, are also well worth a visit.
