The property enjoys a beautiful location just outside the village of Primelin, only 800 metres from the coast in the southwest of Finistère. From the south-facing sunny terrace you can enjoy wide views over the countryside and even catch a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. The house offers a pleasant terrace and a lovely garden where you can relax in complete tranquillity.

A well-stocked supermarket can be found on the edge of Primelin, while all other amenities are available in the lively harbour town of Audierne, just 7 km away. Here you will find charming cafés and a wide selection of restaurants serving delicious seafood dishes.

The unspoilt coastline with rocks and small coves can be reached on foot in about ten minutes, while the wide sandy beach lies only 1.5 km from the holiday home. The famous Grande Randonnée 34 coastal hiking trail runs less than 400 metres from the property. Cyclists will also enjoy the many quiet country roads in the surrounding area. The owner can provide bicycles free of charge upon request (please indicate when booking).

For those wishing to explore the coastline on horseback, a riding centre offering guided excursions is located 4 km away. There are also many excursions to enjoy in this beautiful part of Brittany. Visit the impressive Pointe du Raz or take a boat trip from the harbour of Audierne to the Île de Sein. The historic city of Quimper, with its centuries-old half-timbered houses and impressive cathedral, is also well worth a visit.
