Spacious, light-filled detached holiday home with enclosed garden and a large south-facing terrace, quietly located on the edge of the village of Plouégat-Guérand. The sea and the beaches of Locquirec are just a 15-minute drive away.
The house is tastefully and modernly furnished. Large windows and a sliding door ensure plenty of natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features a high-quality stove with three ovens, perfect for cooking enthusiasts.
A bakery and a restaurant are within walking distance. In nearby Plestin-les-Grèves (6 km) you’ll find all essential amenities, including a supermarket. Locquirec also offers several seafood restaurants, cafés, and a variety of water sports such as surfing, diving, and sailing.
Thanks to its central location, the house is an excellent base for exploring Northwest Brittany. Don’t miss the Côte de Granit Rose with the spectacular rock formations of Ploumanac’h, or take the ferry from Roscoff to the nearby island of Île-de-Batz. The surrounding area also offers excellent hiking opportunities, including along the GR34 coastal trail.
