This fully detached and well-furnished holiday home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the charming seaside town of Carantec, halfway between Roscoff and Morlaix. Within 1.5 km you’ll find the sea, sandy beaches, the golf course, and the town center, while a large supermarket is just 300 meters away. Everything you need is literally within easy reach. A regular shuttle bus to the beach also runs nearby.
The contemporary house, with large sliding doors and modern décor, is bright, comfortable, and inviting. Its location is ideal for exploring this beautiful part of Finistère, offering something for everyone. Carantec is surrounded by sandy beaches where almost all water sports are possible, such as sailing, surfing, kayaking, diving, and fishing. Walkers can enjoy scenic coastal paths, and golf enthusiasts will find a lovely 9-hole golf course just 800 meters away.
Excursions in the surrounding area are also plentiful. Directly off the coast lies the small Ile Callot, which can be reached on foot at low tide. By boat, you can visit the impressive Château du Taureau, a 16th-century fort built to protect Morlaix and later used as a prison. The lively seaside and port town of Roscoff is just 14 km away, with regular boat connections to Ile-de-Batz. The town of Morlaix, 13 km away, with its historic center and impressive railway bridge, is also well worth a visit.
