Detached, natural stone holiday house in the southwestern part of Brittany, in a quiet location 3 km from the sea and the sandy beach, 12 km north-west of Pont-l'Abbé. The characteristic, well-restored house is located halfway between the Pointe du Raz and the Pointe de Penmarc'h in the pure and unspoilt Breton country. In the immediate vicinity are many testimonies from the past such as Notre Dame de Troën with the nearby calvaire. The house, which is located next to that of the owner, has a large terrace at the front and you have access to a small, flowery garden on the side. For groceries you can go to Plonéour-Lanvern, a village where you will find all basic provisions (5 km). Not only lovers of sea and beach, but also hikers in this area can also indulge themselves; along the coast runs the beautiful hiking route, the Grande Randonnée 34. Cozy towns such as the city of Quimper on the Odet River and the pleasant coastal town of Audierne are certainly a worth a visit and also a day trip to the famous fortress town of Concarneau with the walled historic center is an absolute must. At Plomelin (24 km) is a 9-hole golf course.
