About 800 m from the sea and 6 km from the village of Moëlan-sur-Mer on the south coast of Brittany, you will find this small, well-renovated, detached holiday house on the same property as the owner's house. Due to the location of both houses and the vegetation in the garden, people do not see each other. The house is on a small, quiet road that leads directly to the sea and the rocky coasts. The sandy beach is approximately 2 km away and the beautiful, wide sandy beaches at the seaside resort of Le Pouldu are approximately 12 km away. Your holiday house is very centrally located for exploring this beautiful part of the Finistère. In addition to the aforementioned coastline with rocks, creeks and sandy beaches, the hinterland is also very inviting. The beautifully situated and picturesque Pont-Aven (16 km), known through the painter Gauguin, is certainly worth a visit, as well as the characteristic town of Quimperlé (16 km) and the port city of Concarneau (32 km) with the old, walled center. A boat trip from the fishing village of Doëlan (11 km) or from the port city of Lorient (30 km) to the Ile de Groix is also a must. Cyclists and hikers will also enjoy themselves here, there are numerous walks that partly lead along the coast and offer you beautiful views. In Moëlan-sur-Mer you will find all amenities. There are golf courses at Quéven (25 km) and Kerhem (28 km).
