This spacious, detached holiday home with an enclosed garden is located just 900 meters from the sea and sandy beach, and 3 km from the lively seaside and port town of Roscoff, on the stunning northern coast of Finistère. The house accommodates 9 guests and features 5 comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for a family vacation or a trip with friends.
The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful part of Brittany. The coast between Roscoff and Dossen is a string of sandy beaches, dunes, and small creeks, where you can enjoy a variety of water sports such as surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, and kayaking.
Roscoff has a rich history of pirates and smugglers but is now a lively seaside and port town with a renowned thalassotherapy centre. You’ll find numerous seafood restaurants, charming cafés, and shops. In July and August, a free shuttle bus runs to the centre of Roscoff. From the harbour, you can reach the Île de Batz in just 15 minutes, a fun outing for all ages.
For walkers, the Grande Randonnée 34 trail runs along the varied coastline and leads to the most scenic viewpoints. There are also plenty of excursions in the surrounding area. The lively seaside towns of Saint-Pol-de-Léon and Carentec are nearby. Off the coast of Carentec lies the Île Callot, a small island accessible on foot at low tide. A boat trip takes you to the impressive Château du Taureau, a 16th-century fort built to protect Morlaix. The town of Morlaix, with its historic centre and high railway bridge, is also worth a visit.
All amenities can be found in Roscoff (3 km) and Saint-Pol-de-Léon (5 km). This holiday home is the ideal base for a relaxing and varied holiday on Brittany’s stunning northern coast.
