The house is semi-detached with an identical holiday home (F26.095), which also has its own pool and garden. Thanks to the clever layout and good separation of the two plots, you can enjoy complete privacy with no overlooking neighbours. The modern, sleek interior is complemented by a carefully designed outdoor area where it is a pleasure to relax.
Outside, you will find a pleasant terrace and a small garden, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The plot is not fully enclosed and borders a small stream that dries up during the summer months, creating a natural and peaceful setting.
The lively and characteristic town of Nyons is easily accessible and is known for its many terraces, restaurants and shops. A large supermarket is located just 1 km away. The weekly market on Thursday mornings attracts visitors from far and wide, and the Provençal market on Sunday mornings is also well worth a visit.
Several walking routes start directly from the holiday home, leading through the varied landscape of the southern Drôme, with olive trees, lavender fields and a pleasant climate. By car, you can easily explore both the Drôme and the Vaucluse, visiting towns such as Vaison-la-Romaine, Dieulefit, Buis-les-Baronnies, Orange and Avignon.
Nyons also offers tennis courts and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with slides and waterfalls, open daily from late May to early September.
