Fully detached holiday home with private swimming pool near the village of Propiac in the Drôme Provençale at 8 km from Buis-les-Baronnies. The modern and comfortably furnished villa has a large garden and from the spacious living room sliding doors give access to the beautiful, sunny terrace. You have a wide view of the surrounding hilly landscape. At the level of the swimming pool is a sheltered, shaded terrace with a summer kitchen, a wonderful place to have meals on summer days. Propiac is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale in the triangle Buis-les-Baronnies, Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons, a beautiful unspoilt area with olive trees and lavender fields. There are excellent walking possibilities directly from the house and sporty cyclists can indulge in the many picturesque country roads. There are no facilities in Propiac itself, but there is a good restaurant 3 km from the house. All facilities can be found in Buis-les-Baronnies, a typical Provencal village with many terraces and restaurants and a beautiful square with arcades. There is a large market on Wednesday morning. The well-known Vaison-la-Romaine with its Roman excavations is just 14 km away and the animated Nyons is also within easy reach. A trip to the top of the Mont-Ventoux is highly recommended. You can also make trips to the cities of Avignon and Orange. NB. Bedroom 4 is a small room, only suitable for children.
